Ondo Finance has crossed the $5 billion milestone in tokenized U.S. Treasury bonds, cementing its position as the dominant real-world asset (RWA) protocol in DeFi. The protocol's USDY and OUSG products offer institutional and retail investors on-chain access to government bond yields.

Institutional Adoption

Ondo's tokenized treasuries are now accepted as collateral on Aave, Compound, and MakerDAO, creating a new category of "yield-bearing stablecoin" that pays 4-5% APY in government bond interest while maintaining dollar parity.
